Shipping & Return Policy

All digital product orders (digital brushes, e-learning, etc.) are delivered via email within one business day of purchase. If you haven't received your download within 24 hours, email hola@rodrigopineapple.com

Due to the digital nature of each product, we do not accept returns/refunds of digital brushes or other digital product purchases. If you have purchased an incorrect version, the product isn’t as expected or have any other issues, refunds or store credit will be issued on a case-by-case basis (you can reach out to hola@rodrigopineapple.com).

 

After your purchase, you can access your digital file by downloading it from the link provided in the email we sent you. If you encounter any problems with your order or if you submitted an incorrect email resulting in your order not being delivered correctly, please contact us at hola@rodrigopineapple.com  for further assistance.
